We thought Oregonians were true environmentalists, but homeless campers’ garbage piling up across our once beautiful downtown Portland, riverbanks, freeways, sidewalks and parks don’t live up to that image. The trash cleanup can’t happen fast enough! We wrote about Portland’s new Trash Czar here.
