Rioters panic, flee PSU library from cops (crazy video)

As of 7:00AM Thursday morning, swarms of police and vehicles by the dozens encircled the PSU library where rioters have overtaken it, wrecked it and barricaded it.

Soon after the rioters fled the library.

The Taxpayers Association fo Oregon documented vandalism that taunted police.

(The cops know what to do … it is the politicians who don’t)
