PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Oregon’s emergency rental assistance program will end Friday.
Tenants with existing applications or those in need of re-certification will be processed as funds remain. Those tenants are encouraged to submit their materials right away.
The state is still not accepting any new applications.
Oregon’s emergency rental assistance program launched in May 2021. So far, it has reportedly paid out more than $390 million in rental assistance.
